• Changeover day is on Saturday. We ask that you arrive at the cottage no earlier than 4 pm and you vacate by 10 am, thus ensuring that the cottage is cleaned and aired properly.

• A deposit is required upon booking of 25% of the total price of the holiday. The remainder will be due one month before the commencement of the holiday. See elsewhere on this website for further conditions

• Confirmation of your booking and acknowledgement of the deposit will be sent upon receipt of the booking form.

• Fly fishing for 2 rods for brown trout on 2¾ miles of the river Dove is available during the season at an additional cost of £45 per rod per day from April 1 st to the end of July and £30 per rod per day from August 1 st to October 6 th. Please indicate below if you wish to take the fishing.
