• Changeover day is on Saturday. We ask that you arrive at the cottage no earlier than 4p.m. and you vacate by 10a.m. on the day of departure, thus ensuring that the cottage is cleaned and aired properly.

• A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking of 25% of the total price of the holiday. The remainder will be due one month before the commencement of the holiday. See over for further conditions.

• Confirmation of your booking and acknowledgement of the deposit will be sent upon receipt of the booking form.

• Fly fishing for 2 rods for brown trout on 2¾ miles of the river Dove is available during the season at an additional cost of £60 per rod per day from April 1st to the end of July and £45 per rod per day from August 1st to October 6th. Please indicate on booking form if you wish to take the fishing.
